A plane from Phoenix, Arizona, is the second to arrive in Venezuela this week to deport Venezuelan migrants to their country, amid a significant U.S. military buildup in the Caribbean waters. The Trump administration had launched a military operation in the Caribbean and the Pacific to stop drug trafficking, which it claims is led by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. An American plane landed in Caracas carrying 172 Venezuelan migrants deported from the United States, after Venezuela once again allowed planes carrying migrants to land despite President Donald Trump's declaration to 'close' its airspace. The U.S. forces have also carried out more than 20 raids targeting boats in recent months.
