Over 300 Venezuelan migrants arrived in Caracas as part of the government’s Vuelta a la Patria program, ensuring safe return amid rising repatriation flights.

Venezuelans Return Home Under Government Program

The Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace reported that a group of 315 Venezuelan migrants arrived today in Caracas as part of the Return to the Homeland Plan. These citizens arrived at the Maiquetía International Airport on a flight from the state airline Conviasa. The Ministry highlighted that the flight included 197 adults and 118 children, with the aim of reintegrating into the socioeconomic development of the country.

These new repatriates join the almost 4,000 Venezuelans for whom the Bolivarian Government has guaranteed a safe return to their homeland. Since February, flights have been intensified with Venezuelan migrants returning voluntarily or who have been deported from the United States.

Repatriation flights have been carried out in three modalities: directly from the United States, with transfers in Honduras, and transported from Mexico. The Return to the Homeland Plan is a government program that facilitates the free return of Venezuelan migrants not only from North America but also from various parts of the world.
