Brazil U20 Triumphs Over Uruguay in Sudamericano

The Brazil U20 team won 1-0 against Uruguay in the final hexagonal of the South American Championship in the category, which took place at the Estadio Nacional Brígido Iriarte in Venezuela. The only goal was scored by Pedro Da Silva, known as Pedrinho, in the 29th minute of the second half.

Brazil played with ten men for almost the entire second half due to the expulsion of Arthur Dias in the 12th minute. Despite this, they managed to prevail and start on the right foot in this final phase of the tournament after finishing third in Group B with 6 points, behind Colombia.

Brazil's goal came from a combined play between three players trained at Corinthians. In a counterattack, Breno Bidon recovered the ball, passed it to Gabriel Moscardo, who set up Pedrinho to score. From that goal onwards, Brazil defended well, and Uruguay could not find a way to score. The match ended 1-0 in favor of Brazil.
