Venezuelan researcher and academic Sergio Rodríguez Gelfestein will share his analysis of the causes of the genocide of the Palestinian people at Café Bayano. Graduated with a Magna Cum Laude distinction from the Central University of Venezuela, Rodríguez Gelfestein has held important positions in international relations in the government of Chiapas, Mexico, and in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
