Argentine Citizen Released from Venezuelan Prison

Argentine-Israeli citizen Yacoov Harari, 72, who was detained as a political prisoner in Venezuela, was released this Monday, according to the Venezuelan NGO Foro Penal. Harari was arrested in October 2024 and, after remaining for over a year in the El Rodeo I prison, regained his freedom following the detention of Nicolás Maduro, as reported by the Agencia Noticia Argentina. Foro Penal published the list of political prisoners who were released from January 8 to 12, and Harari was among them.
