Documents and data from the London stock exchange group showed that a chartered tanker by Trafigura left the Venezuelan port of Jose on Sunday heading to the American offshore oil port of Louisiana. This is the first shipment to go directly to the United States under a 50 million barrel supply deal agreed this month between Caracas and Washington.
