Caracas, Jan 15 (efe). — The interim president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, accused the United States this Thursday of closing off the possibilities for the South American country to sell its petroleum industry products abroad after a 'naval blockade' prior to the capture of President Nicolás Maduro on January 3 by U.S. troops. In presenting the report on behalf of Maduro, Rodríguez assured that there is a plan for this new year, despite the 'naval blockade' which, she said, has sought to cut off Venezuela's ability to export its oil in 'free commercial relations with the world'.
