The president of the human rights organization Foro Penal, Alfredo Romero, confirmed that since January 8, 310 political prisoners have been released in Venezuela. The lawyer noted that after a slow start, the increase in the pace of releases has generated expectations among families still waiting at the doors of detention centers for the full freedom of their loved ones without restrictive measures.
