Buenos Aires, Feb 17 (NA) – A new flight with 110 Venezuelan migrants deported from the United States arrived at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, reported the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace on its Instagram account. The plane that departed from the US city of Miami transported 92 men, 15 women, and 3 minors, according to a Xinhua report accessed by the Argentine News Agency. The returned migrants were “received by citizen security bodies and various institutions to apply the corresponding care protocols,” indicated the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace. The flight that arrived on Monday is the 112th of the government's 'Return to the Homeland' program, which facilitates the return of Venezuelan migrants, not only from the United States but from anywhere in the Latin American region. Repatriation flights for Venezuelans from the US have increased in frequency in recent weeks.
